If you are use to disappointing customer service and delivery then we will change it! At CSL we are different, you don’t have to worry about a thing, we will make it as stress free as possible. Most other retailers when delivering large items simply ring your doorbell and leave you with a giant brown cardboard box or cellophane wrapped sofa, which is no good to you in your hallway or porch.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Fully trained delivery team to ensure you have the best experience when your new sofa arrives.
Your furniture will arrive in our very own CSL wagon by two highly trained CSL delivery members. No courier service or third party company involved here. Just CSL.
Your furniture is lovingly packed in one of our special protective red bags and delivered to the room of your choice by our highly trained delivery and installation team.- Once your sofa is in place and free from all it's packaging, our installation team will thoroughly inspect each item of furniture with you and explain the best way to take care of it to keep your furniture looking good as new. Once you have approved the inspection and are happy with your furniture we will remove all the packaging from your home so you waste no time enjoying it.

Customer Service are on hand to organise a delivery day and time that suits you and we are now delivering furniture 6 days a week, you can even arrange your own delivery by logging in to Liquidity area of our website. Please note: Deliveries are all day, and we do not have a AM or PM time slot initially.
