He was never pushy and answered all my questions with ease. Steven made it a very pleasant experience. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

21/02/12Dawn And said we visited lincoln store 21st feb we were met by Vishal who made us very welcome and we especially appreciated him telling us that he was there to help if we needed any but left us to look round at our leisure. we didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying. Vishal made us a cup of tea while we looked . A very well presented store. would recommend to anyone. we bought a 3 seater sofa, a swivel/rocker /recliner chair and a single chair . nothing was too much trouble. once again thankyou csl especially Vishal for your patience, especially bringing the chair down for us to look at.

The door was open so we went in to meet Patrick Grant with his coat and hat on walking towards the exit. Patrick told us that the store was closed 35 minutes ago. My husband’s reply was that we know exactly what we want.
Patrick, without thinking twice, took his coat and hat off opened his laptop and took the order from us. Moreover – Patrick did it with a smile. Thanks Patrick. The service you gave us was unusual.

On my initial visit to the store I was met by Susie who I can't praise enough so friendly - not pushy in any way, so when I returned the next week to place an order I was very disappointed to find that she wasn't
in that day , but I needn't have been concerned as I was attended to by Leigh who was also very friendly and very helpful. I am not yet in receipt of the furniture so I cannot comment on the quality or appearance in my room - looking forward to its arrival!
21/02/12Mr & said During our visit we both felt that the attention paid to us from our salesman Jonathan Hankey was second to none, he allowed us the freedom to discuss amongst ourselves whilst waiting patiently, however providing sound advice as well as his knowledge about your leather products was very informative. Although we had a specific range in mind due to preliminary online viewing, however Jonathan had also suggested we look at another range before making our final decision, whilst this was welcomed, the suite in question was not as comfortable as the one that we purchased in the end. Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgeable and would recommend him to any of our Frinds & Family to shop at CSL.

20/02/12Alison Swindells said Well totally different experience to what I expected. Went to CSL Blackburn store with husband and 3 unruley children! Laura was our assistant and what a great job she did. Our 3 children didn't faze her and she made us feel so relaxed and at home as it is not easy discussing the purchase of a sofa with our kids! Came away, after purchasing the sofa very happy indeed, didn't feel embarrassed at all and there could of been moments of shame from the kids climbing all over the sofa. Anyway thanks again Laura for a great experience and we can't wait for the sofa to be delivered now.
20/02/12Mr & said We visited the Lincoln store looking for a new sofa. Within a few minutes Kelvin asked if we needed any help or a drink of tea or coffee. Kelvin was very helpful he answered all our questions without making us feel pressured to buy. He was very patient as we could not make our decision straight away! Once the decision was made the order was very simple and easy - we now just have to wait for delivery! Overall very impressed with the service received.
20/02/12Emily said The employee's at the CSL branch in Gateshead, MetroCentre are awfully welcoming and pleasant individuals. They don't harass you into purchasing their products unlike many other furniture stores. They politely introduce themselves upon your arrival and make themselves available to you if assistance is required, otherwise they will wander the store allowing the customers to feel comfortable and not like they're being followed and/or watched like a hawk. This furniture store delivers tremendous customer service and is worth a visit!

His approach was very professional and relaxed, he wasn't pushy but gave us a great introduction to CSL and some information on the buying process. He then gave us the time to browse the store and find the sofa we wanted, he allowed us to approach him when we needed his help. Once we had decided on our sofa Jonathan talked us through the funding options and after care packages. Altogether a great experience and we are more than happy to recommend CSL and the Warrington store in particular to our friends and family.

My husband found them on the internet we liked the look of a couple of the sofa's and decided to find our local store which was Brent Cross a bit of a drive (we live in Essex) but worth it. The store had a huge collection of sofa's and very different from anything else we had seen. Ian McLeod (Salesman) introduced himself to us asked us asked few questions then let us feel free and relaxed to walk around the store no harassement from sales staff. We fell in love with the Marquis which was one of the main displays at the front of the store. Ian approached us again whilst we sat chatting he gave us a few more details of the suite. We then decided to proceed with the Sale. Ian was very helpful throughout the whole process and we left very happy. We decided to speak to the after sales team regarding the possibility of purchasing the matching fabric of our suite. Michelle Saunders was our point of contact and she was brilliant was in regular communication through calls and emails and did a lot of chasing up . With her help and that of Jenny in Merchandising they helped us get the material and we now have matching curtains which has finished of the look of the lounge. We would have given CSL a 5 star rating however we did have an issue with the delivery time. Our sofa was ordered on September 24th 2011 and due for delivery end of November. We had our lounge redecorated furniture removed ready for this date however due to CSL's poor suppliers our suite did not arrive until the 21st December and this did cause us some stress. This is where Michelle was a bonus she chased and kept in regular contact with us and for that we are grateful.

19/02/12James Wightman said WE'd just been to DFs and had been hassled and followed through the whole store by the salesman. We were about ready to call it a day when we thought to pop into CSL. We were greeted by Paul (in the lincoln branch) who asked if we'd been into CSL before. We told Paul no and he explained how CSL worked and then left us to it. He was there when we were ready and helped us decide how best to get the sofa we wanted. Then once we placed our order Stewart helped with the finance paperwork. All in all the experience was smooth and hassle free.
19/02/12Barbara. said My husband I have never visited a CSL before. We were so impressed with the Stockport Branch. The layout was brilliant for disabled, downstairs,even a disabled toilet, unfortunately, you can't get upstairs but we didn't need to, there is so much choice on the first floor! The friendliness of all the staff, was brilliant. Served by John and another member of staff, we cannot fault the service. We had visited three other outlets for suits and the price and quality of the products we would recommend CSL. A lovely lady completed our order. Let's hope the delivery goes as well as the service that could not be faulted in the store. Non of you pushy sales people in this store just genuine helpful staff.

I then recieved a call within 2 minutes from a lovely sounding young lady called Jennie. Jennie went through the sales process with a very friendly manner, she explained everything to me thoroughly throughout the order process. It was an extremely pleaseant experience throughout. We were greeted by Simon who talked us through everything and even let us take a swatch home to match up with existing furniture. Needless to say we were back within half an hour. Simon explained everything so clearly and made our buying experience a pleasure rather than being hounded from the moment you step through the door. I would recommend csl Blackpool and especially Simon to anyone. Made everything so easy and with a smile on his face and we got a great deal and Fantastic sofa.

18/02/12Mr FARRINGTON said We were greeted on arrival and initially thought that we would be pounced on, but after a brief introduction we were left free to roam. We were then offered coffee and Mark Brophy, the salesman at Crewe, spent the next hour asking about our room size, door and key furniture position and offered advice. Full options around recliners were considered and a large amount of time spent talking on the range models of out choice. Mark actually suggested a lower price option than the range we were originally considering as it appeared to be a better fit and would fulfil our purposes without dominating the room.
Discussion about leather types, ranges and aftercare were conducted in a practical way with no pressure. Although we were cash buyers, finance options were outlined.
After making our purchase we were left feeling that although we had just spent a considerable amount of money, it was a pleasurable experience throughout.

The shop is very well laid out and the choice is unbelievable. We weren't under any pressure at all and the staff maintained a discreet manner.
Victoria approached us in a very happy friendly approach, to which we then spent the next two hours chatting away about all sorts of things. We had seen the suite a few weeks before and knew that this was the one we wanted. She explained everything that we needed to know about how the furniture is made and how to maintain it. Very professional.

Great choice in store, an excellent shopping experience.
