19/05/12S Hewson said I did not have a clue what type of sofa to go for this time, so as we all do i did my research and hunted around every shop imaginable but there was only one shop i went back to (may i add about 5 times) and that was CSL....I liked the hassle free approach from the sales team yet they were always happy to assist with my inquiries and i have to say that Dan in the Speke store has the patience of a Saint. Dan was friendly, helpful and very informative and my sale went through without a hitch. Thank you...

Overall the shooping experiance was great i didnt get mitherd by diffrent staff and all the staff were freindly.

He gave us over 2 hours of his time showing us all the different sofas we could chose from and talking us through all the prices. We found our perfect sofa and are very happy that it will be with us on monday just 3 days after picking it in store!! We will be recommending csl and Patric to all of our friends and family!! if you are going to the purley way store i would ask for Patric Grant!!

18/05/12Mr BARNETT said We visited your Leeds (M62) store on 11th May 2012. We were "just looking" and no one bothered us in any way. When I knew my wife liked a particular suite, we spoke with a Sales Consultatnt, Romy Singh. In no way did he try to "sell" us the suite. He told us all the points that he thought we may need to know, plus how it would wear with our two West Highland Terriers. He also offered advice on maintaining the suite, initially and for the future.
Romy was the ideal salesman as he didn't push or sell! We hadn't intended to buy a suite that day but we did! The only drawback for my wife was that she didn't like the particular stitching on the suite and Romy was able to point out that you could have a variationi the stitching with the suite we chose, so that is what we did!
I don't know who does the training for your staff but 10/10. Romy's personal attributes made the whole experieince totally painless. The easiest and quicket £3000 we've ever spent and excellent value for money! Well done too to the other member of staff who took us through our purchase details and explained the delivery process in full. It couldn't have been better! The coffee was very good too!

was very helpful.

Kieth was really helpful and not pushy, unlike other salesmen you meet. All in all a very pleasant buying experience. Would recommend Kieth and the Crewe store to anyone. Well done Kieth and CSL.

17/05/12Miss WELSH said I was made welcome but was not rushed into any decision, in fact I was advised to look at other retailers to be sure of my decision. This I did and came back to my first choice where the young salesperson Liberty Woodward was extremely helpful taking me through the whole process and and made it very easy for me to make my purchase as I wanted it not pushing me at all. I am very happy with my choice and will definitely do business with CSL again.
16/05/12Mrs MCDONALD said Gary was very helpful and was able to steer me away from a sofa I would be disappointed with due to differing height sizes between the sofa bed and the chair. I cancelled the original order and got my deposit back quickly. I went back to csl to order a different sofa bed and chair. I am pleased withthe service I got and every one was very friendly and helpful.
16/05/12Miss Wignall said We visited the Blackburn store and were greeted by saleman Mark Walsh, he gave us a few pointers and then left us to browse at our leisure. We were really pleased with this as we had been previously to a few other stores and felt a bit hounded. It was nice to be left to look around while having someone close by if we needed any help and to have a really friendy salesperson who was not at all pushy! We couldn't decide between 2 sofas we liked and Mark was really helpful and encouraged us to spend a bit of time on each sofa to get a feel for it and even made us a drink while we swapped between the 2 sofas to help us decide. Once we had chosen, Mark was really knowledgeable and was very thorough explaining everything about aftercare etc. Really very pleased with the whole service. Will definately recommend!!

The after sales woman Kelly was also really thorough and friendly so overall I would highly recommend CSL as we had a really good 'sales' experience...

Darren Dalali was knowledgeable and ready to answer all our queries, and was very patient while we chose the colour and fabric. Our sofa was delivered well within the time we were advised, and the delivery drivers Andy and Luke were friendly and cheerful, installing the sofa quickly and tidily and offering advice about keeping it looking like new.
