At CSL we understand that you don't buy a sofa every day and because of this we go the extra mile to help you plan for its arrival. By using our unique on-line and SMS tracking system, you can stay in touch with your purchase throughout the ordering lead time.

We always strive to over deliver on our delivery quotations and if we can get your furniture early we will. Over 95% of our furniture is currently early but if yours is late this syetm will give early warning of that too.

SMS order tracking

Our unique service provides you an up to date delivery estimate and will give you an approximate time of delivery. Simply text “update me” to 07797885017 from the mobile number given

to us when ordering, then we will update you

By texting “update me” on your delivery date we will give you an approximate time of delivery. This service cost 50 pence plus your normal message charge.

Online order tracking

The service provides an up to date delivery estimate, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The dates shown are based on regularly updated expectations given by our suppliers and even though they are still approximate, they form the best indication on the expected arrival of your new furniture.
