MARY PORTAS & CSL
CSL were the brave participants in the second show of the first Mary Portas secret shopper series, which aired in January of 2011. Tasked with looking at customer service in the UK, Mary visited many different retailers including those in the specialist sofa market. Mary asked CSL to allow her and the cameras into the inner workings of the business in order to report and suggest. Jason Tyldesley and CSL were welcoming of the input and allowed unrestricted access.
