This is a non-transferrable warranty covering failure from inherent defects of all frame structure, springs or suspension system. We offer this warranty as an addition to your statutory rights and do so because of our supreme confidence in the structure of every piece of furniture we sell.
At CSL we require the best methods of construction from all of our supply partners throughout the world, using hardwoods, steel springs and fixings and only the best in tensions webs. This means that failure of structures is very rare and that with normal use, we´re confident that your furniture will outlast your needs. The warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only and is not transferrable.

At CSL, we want the love you have for your sofa to last. So if it needs any repair or TLC, we can send out our own team of professionally trained service technicians and leather & fabric specialists to solve almost any problem. They´ll always be available within 48 hours of you making the call and usually get the job done within 1 hour.
CSL is also a member of the furniture Ombudsman service and FIRA. Service is where we excel, both from dedicated installation and back up service teams, and from our helpful technical services team, your first point of contact in the event of any issue whatsoever.
