We simply say that if your furniture fails, we will undertake to repair it not for 1 year, not 5 or 10 years but for a lifetime.

CSL Lifetime Guarantee The first ever ´Lifetime´ structural guarantee covering the frame and spring system on every sofa and chair we sell. This is a none transferrable warranty covering failure from inherent defects of all frame structure, springs or suspension system. We offer this warranty as an addition to your statutory rights and do so because of our supreme confidence in the structure of every piece of furniture we sell.

CSL Lifetime Guarantee At CSL we require the best methods of construction from all of our supply partners throughout the world, using hardwoods, steel springs and fixings and only the best in tensions webs. This means that failure of structures is very rare and that with normal use, we are confident that your furniture will outlast your needs. The warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only and is not transferrable.

Our undertaking to you is that should your furniture need service, whether under warranty or because you´ve had an accident and need repair we will exceed your expectations. Unlike others CSL operate our own team of professionally trained service technicians and leather and fabric specialists. Able to repair almost any problem easily within your living room, they will be available within 48hrs of you making a call to us and will usually solve the issue within a single visit of less than one hour duration.

CSL is also a member of the furniture Ombudsman service and FIRA giving you the extra peace of mind that comes with it. Service is where we excel, ofering dedicated and extensively trained installation and back up service teams as well as our helpful technical services team, who are always on hand as your first point of contact in the event of an issue.
