We have just taken delivery of our new furniture and we are delighted. From the moment we walked through the door at the Birstall store we have received nothing but first class service. CSL Sofas keep their promises and have a brilliant team who are all excellent. We would definitely recommend them for quality, service, value for money and above all, looking after their customers. I would just like to convey my thanks to Barry Gannon, the store manager at Stockport CSL, for his help and brilliant service. I would also like to express my thanks to the two men who delivered my new sofa and chairs, Pete and Michael for the care they took and their professionalism. First Class, I walked in and bought what I wanted all within about 3 minutes, really nice salesman helpful and good. sofa arrived on time I was kept informed all the way. The team behind this business really understand what people today want. A quick friendly No nonsense profesional Approach,selling products people want at the right price. From the staff in the shop to the people that deliver the goods, it flows like clockwork. I only wish other retail businesses would follow suit. Thankyou very mush CSL Leeds. very good service from start to finish, the sofas were of excellent quality. where the service stands out was with the delivery guys who, having travelled for 5 hours were very helpful and polite. after trying to get the sofa into the flat for about an hour they eventually managed to get it in through the first floor balcony. very pleasedandrew michael05/03/2008 12:25:28
Had never heard of the store before, but went to a retail park to visit Land of Leather and found a CSL store next door to it. Found what we wanted at the price and value at CSL straight away LoL never stood a chance. The staff member and manager who served us were great, we did not feel rushed into making a decision. In fact we said that we would go to lunch and think about the choice and then once outside the store decided no need to think about it and went straight back in. I would like to comment on the excellent service we received when purchasing our new sofa from the Speke store. From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted with friendly faces (especially Paul who was really helpful). Then came the difficult task of getting our huge sofa into our first floor flat! Although the first delivery attempt was not successful, it was quickly re-scheduled and they sent the specialist delivery guys round to ensure it got in!! They were extremley friendly and I was so pleased they managed to get the sofa into the flat with minimun disruption. Thanks so much CSL!!!Katy Porter20/02/2008 19:14:18
We would like to thank the staff of csl for thier assistance and cooperation, the sales staff at southport were very helpful during the purchasing of the suites, they also loaned us a materia sample book whilst we matched a carpet. Although the delivery was going to be slightly later than we had hoped for, when I explained to the customer service department that my wife had been in hospital and she need a reclining chair urgently they arraged the loan of a chair until ours were deliverd.
