”I would like to share with future customers living in or around the Southport area, the really positive experience we had in the CSL store in Southport. On 22nd July we were served by Sales Consultant Mike Cleary. It was an opportunistic vist while we were in the area but because of the fantastic service we recieved from him and because of the superb range of sofas on offer, our visited resulted in the purchase of a sofa and two armchairs. Mike was friendly and helpful but not pushy in any way at all, the product sold itself and Mike gave us time to make a decision. The order was processed efficiently and we recieved our suite in under four weeks. The standard of service was continued by the delivery guys who placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it and went though the care advice again. Congratulations and thanks to everyone involved. I did not hesitate in recommending them as my mum went in the following week and placed an order with Mike and so did a friend and neighbour. Thank you also to Jason for his friendliness and expertise during our visits; his attention to other customers meant he could not take our order but I would not hesitate recommmending him to other customers either....“

”I have had to have a new sofa due to an insurance claim, I went to the Crewe branch and found all the staff to be so helpful, Paul was the gentleman I first talked with and Natalie assisted with the order the following day. I was unsure the size of sofa would fit through the flat doors and corridor, Natalie made calls to the manufacturer and then myself, we discovered it would not fit and so I had to ammend my order. Paul was there when I returned and agian was very helpful in checking sizes and colours for me. I was then left with Jeff who ammended my order and ensured that I had everything I needed. ”Purchased three and two seater sofas from csl in Giltbrook. Salesman Nick Cameron was very helpful and explained how to care for your furniture to get the best results.
Delivery men were punctual and very caring with furniture and respectful of our home by putting covers over their shoes. They also had to remove the back door and were again very careful and respectful of our home making sure door worked properly before leaving, a credit to csl by having such good staff....“

”we recently purchased the loxley corner suite from nottingham branch, we had a very nice sales guy called ash rana, what a pleasure it was to meet him. we couldnt decide on which one to buy, but ash was very patient and didnt rush us into anything, he even stayed an hour and half after closing time to help us and made us all a drink.would def buy from here again, thankyou ash ...“
