At CSL all of our furniture is serviced by our team of in-house Technicians, all qualified leather, fabric and upholstery specialists. Service Technicians at CSL are Ambassadors for the company and as such must be able to offer customers exceptional service and experience, this can be through the quality of repair carried out, the information given to the customer, the professionalism of the report completed, in fact our team of Technicians are currently solving issues on their first visit in over 75% of cases.
We are looking for Service Technicians who have experience of carrying out leather and upholstery repairs as well as experience of working in direct contact with the general public. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the furniture industry.
