As a CSL Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for handling a variety of incoming and outgoing calls and are expected to use your initiative to offer positive solutions for both the customer and CSL. You will need a confident approach to communication, be able to adopt a sensitive and empathetic approach to situations, the ability to work under pressure and organise a busy workload. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
