We’re all about quality and durability as well as value. Before taking on a piece of upholstery from any manufacturer, our buying team thoroughly inspect and assess the factory and check the way every single model and design is produced – that way, we can ensure that are customers are getting the very best.
To represent our confidence in our products (and in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer), we include a five year warranty free of charge with your new furniture.
Every structural component of your new sofas and chairs, including framework, joints, springs and suspension system, is covered comprehensively by CSL’s five year warranty. This means that, should any structural component of your furniture fail during the first five years, it will be repaired completely free of charge (subject to our terms and conditions).
Your Duty of Care
As with any warranty or protection of this kind, in offering this service, we assume you’ll take proper care of your furniture as per your care instructions, normal use in a domestic environment and no abuse from pets, children or any other source.
